The Philosophy of Nursing Service is to create an that allows each resident to function at their highest level of independence.

It is assumed that every one has the potential and capacity to reach their optimum state of health. We, the Nursing Service, believe in the importance of using this potential to promote and improve the health of all individuals entrusted to our care.

This approach includes meeting the holistic needs of each individual and assigning them to develop their abilities to cope with their environment, to help each person feel that he/she belongs, and is truly cared for as an individual.
