Life Care Center of Omaha

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, Life Care Center of Omaha is a 128-bed facility with 36 Medicare units. A newly constructed rehabilitation center offers a number of services such as physical, speech and occupational therapy on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Nursing home services at Life Care Center of Omaha include IV therapy, injections, tracheotomy care, gastrostomy tube-feeding, oxygen administration, pressure ulcer evaluation and treatments, care of catheters and diabetic teaching and management. At Life Care Center of Omaha, we strive to provide the highest standard in senior health care.
