At Prairie Meadows Memory Care in Omaha, NE, we take the business of aging seriously. Not just in terms of the level of care we provide, which is highly experienced, or in the services we offer, though those are above the bar, but in terms of making the aging process more meaningful and enjoyable for the dementia residents in our care.

Our Meaningful Moments® program is one of the ways we encourage this gracious aging experience. Using our residents’ individual life stories, complete with their likes, dislikes, interests and special memories from before Alzheimer’s entered their lives, we sprinkle these preferences among their days here at Prairie Meadows Special Alzheimer’s Care Center.
