Wisner Care Center

The Wisner Care Center is one of the few VA Certified Nursing Home Programs in Northeast Nebraska. If you or your loved one meets service eligibility criteria, your stay here may be covered through your service benefits. Also, many Veterans qualify for fully covered hospice services.
