Colonial Haven

Colonial Haven has been providing care to the people of Beemer and the surrounding area for the last 37 years. Our Home is located in Northeast Nebraska in the heart of the Elkhorn Valley. Colonial Haven is a 34 bed Skilled Medicare/ Medicaid Nursing Facility. We offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy through a contract with our local hospital. We also provide exercise groups to help our short term residents to return home quickly and our long term residents maintain the quality of their lives by being as independent as possible. In 2004 Colonial Courts a 16 bed assisted living was built. Colonial Haven and Courts provides a full range of activities and social services. Transportation, laundry, housekeeping and dietary services are also provided. The business office will help you with filing your insurance, or filling out the required paperwork. One thing that hasn’t changed over the years is the staffs’ dedication to delivering quality care to our residents.
