Life Care Center of Elkhorn

Located in metropolitan Omaha, Neb., Life Care Center of Elkhorn offers a wide spectrum of services to meet the health care needs of the community. A strong team of physical, occupational and speech therapists work with those needing rehabilitation to help them achieve their maximum level of function. Inpatient and outpatient rehab services are available, and with a state-of-the-art rehab gym using the latest modalities, most patients are able to return home or reach their goals of independence. The facility has a distinct unit just for rehab patients. For those needing a greater amount of care, Life Care Center of Elkhorn offers skilled nursing care from compassionate caregivers. In addition, the building was completely renovated in April 2009 to enhance the comfort and amenities residents and outpatients alike experience.
