The Omaha Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a Skilled Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay facility, serving the Omaha area and community since 1954.

We understand that the decision to move a family member or a loved one into a skilled nursing facility is one of the most difficult decisions you can make.

The Omaha Nursing and Rehabilitation Center’s goal is providing a place where a caring, compassionate staff work together to serve the specific needs of each resident.
