Gretna Community Living Center provides skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services in a kind and encouraging environment. This setting is appropriate for individuals who are recovering from surgery or illness, who may require concentrated rehabilitation, or need continuous nursing care.
Gretna Community has accommodations for 63 residents.
Our facility also provides the Alzheimer and Memory Support Services program, which is dedicated to the unique needs of residents with Alzheimer’s and other cognitive conditions.
